Product/Service Discovery School

With a set of four specific services we aim to help you improve your discovery capabilities for product/service development.  To that end we have a fixed time/fixed cost model covering the following four areas.  All services include analysis of your Interaction repository via our Caffeine AI engine.

• Friend or foe? - Develop a core list of contenders and forecast why they are friends (partners or target users), foes (competitors) and which direction they may trend. (See example screenshot below for Friend or Foe in action.)

• What if? - Using "black hat" thinking consider what could go wrong with your product/service plan and build countermeasures to the wrongness.

• Would they buy that? - Contemplate key features to add to your product/service over 6 and 18 month increments and also consider what ecosystem partners may be relevant.

• Onboarding - Learn how to use Mediumroast for GitHub using context from the training modules.
